The data gathered from client site is collated and categorized. This data may be provided by you while using the client site or other participating activities. The data provided may or may not include information that identifies you, directly or indirectly including name, telephone number, email address, professional interests etc. This information is collected on behalf of an organizer and will be used to provide educational services and facilitate your participation in the conference.
The personal data gathered may be used for:
Process your activities like abstract submission, congress registration etc
Communicating with you and providing relevant information, including information about event categories, services or responding to queries.
Understanding your interest levels in the conference.
The personal data will be safely stored in our system at all times for the duration of the conference. You may request to have your data redacted from our system. However, please note that if you have registered yourself as an attendee, your data will have to be stored with us for as long as the accounting regulation require. We may also share your personal data, if need arises, in cases involving but not limited to potential threats, suspected fraud or abuse or violation of the terms of services, in order to investigate, detect and prevent unlawful or illegal activities or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Your name, affiliation and country may be part of the information on a list of participants for the event. Your data might also be used to tackle any legal compliance if any such as subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes in accordance with the applicable law of the land.
Personal data might also be collected by electronic means such as cookies, pixel tags, browser analytic tools, server logs etc. We use only session cookies, which will expire once you close your internet browser.
Rest assured, we take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the personal data stored with us. Transfer Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology or similar technology will be used to transfer the personal data over the internet
CONCLAVE INTERNATIONAL recommends following the process with a secure payment gateway and selects the right box for accommodation which is appropriate to you. If a registered member is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registered, with someone else from the same institute/organization.
Online Registration: Register online with a credit card for the individual conference. Online registration is encouraged. We endorse use the latest version of Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer as your browser during the online registration process. The registrations paid by check cannot be processed online. We suggest contact through E-Mail form to register.
Offline Registration: To register offline the participant/applicant need to contact respective conference manager. The conference manager will provide the support to complete the process of the offline registration procedure.
Acknowledgment: After completing the transaction, the participant/applicant receives the confirmation receipt from the respective conference manager within 24 hrs after receiving the confirmation from the finance department.
Onsite Registration: Payment should be made before getting conference materials at on-site. Payments mode of is by cash is accepted.
Refund appeals must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference manager. If a registered member is unable to attend and is not able to transfer his/her participation to another person or conference, then the following refund provisions apply, keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other expenditures, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
- Before 90 days of the conference: Eligible for 60% of payment Refund
- Within 80-60 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
- Within 50-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 40% of payment Refund
- Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
