These objectives led to the development of the promoting and exchanging the ideas from the best experts.
It gives me great pleasure to extend greetings and a warm welcome to everyone attending World Heart Congress hosted by CONCLAVE International to be held on November 4-5, 2019 | Rome, Italy.
WHC 2019 purpose is to bring together physicians and renowned experts from across the globe and further afield. We are very pleased to invite you to join us in Rome for WHC 2019.
Rome is one of the planet’s most beautiful city, a shining light which has illuminated the torso of southern Europe for many centuries. Rome is the capital city of Italy located in the central western position of Italian peninsula along the shores of the river Tiber. It is also known as the “Eternal city” and also “Caput Mundi,” coming from Latin and the meaning is “Capital of the World”. The population of the city is around 2.7 million. The Vatican City is an independent country inside the city boundaries of Rome, the only existing example of a country within a city. For this reason, Rome has been often defined as capital of two states. Rome has the status of a global city. In 2016, Rome ranked as the 14th-most-visited city in the world, 3rd most visited in the European Union, and the most popular tourist attraction in Italy.
In Rome, we aim to cater to the needs of the entire Cardiology fraternity. The success of a Cardiology unit is dependent on many people working together towards a common goal. Cardiology teams work side by side daily and we as Cardiologists feel that it is ideal when the team also learns together. The cooperative, wide-ranging programme will reflect diversity in terms of delegate knowledge levels and will also be relevant to all members of the Cardiology fraternity (nurses, residents, fellows, physicians and department heads).
We would therefore like to extend a warm welcome to our colleagues, both fully trained and in-training, across the fields of Cardiology and cardiac nursing. Join WHC 2019 in Rome and be part of something new.
We look forward to welcoming you to Rome.

Rome is one of the most important tourist destinations of the world, due to the incalculable immensity of its archaeological and art treasures, as well as for the charm of its unique traditions, the beauty of its panoramic views, and the majesty of its magnificent “Villas”. Among the most significant resources: plenty of museums like Capitoline Museums, the Vatican Museums, Galleria Borghese, and a great many other aqueducts, fountains, churches, palaces, historical buildings, the monuments and ruins of the Roman Forum, and the Catacombs.
Roman culture is an eclectic mix of high culture, the arts, fashion and historic architecture. Daily life centers around enduring traditions rich in religion and food. It is this contrast of historic and modern culture and traditions that defines Rome as the Eternal City. Rome is an important centre for music, and it has an intense musical scene, including several prestigious music conservatories and theatres. Rich in history, beauty and culture, it has been an inspiration to countless generations of visitors. Even now, after nearly three thousand years, its appeal and charm are as strong as ever. Every year, tourists continue to flock to Rome in their millions, you can be sure that they will not be disappointed.
The average temperature in Rome is 20 degree C during day time and around 10 degree C during night. April to June and late September to October are the best months for traveling in Rome. Temperatures are usually mild at this time.
Roman cuisine is loved for being exceedingly flavourful, simple and satisfying. Romans are very fond of fish sauce called liquamen (also known as Garum).
